What a Gem this is for Long Beach. Hands down the best vegan sushi I've ever had. Small but cute spot right off a main road. Chill ambiance inside, nothing too fancy nor too loud. Great to take my family of 3 kids. Now when it comes to the service and food that's why I keep coming back. The service is top notch. The owner does everything himself, he's super man in the kitchen. So yes there will be a little bit of a wait keep that in mind but grab your water and just relax knowing there's lots of love going into the order. Every roll on the menu is so unique, colorful, some with unique sauces and all with flavors exploding in your mouth (pause ). My favorites are the dragon roll, miso soup, ocean roll but I've tried most of the menu and enjoyed all but the sweet banana one. I just can't do the sweetness tbh lol If you're looking for a great lunch or a date out highly recommend coming here. If you don't like the wait then order at least 20 minutes ahead by phone!

Vegan castle is a must whether you are Vegan or not. All of the rules are absolutely delicious- the Santa Fe is a must! The ocean roll is absolutely delicious!! Really anything and everything you try here is mouthwatering! you cannot go wrong! You MUST come try the delectable food!! The service is also amazing!! You will be back again and again! I sure am! also check out the beautiful presentation! The presentation on the all dishes is absolutely amazing!

The Scooby Roll is hands down the best vegan sushi I've ever had! Fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I can't wait to bring the rest of the family to try everything. Tony is a true artist !!

These rolls were life changing. We got the Crunch and Scooby Rolls and loved them both, seriously so much better than even any non-vegetarian rolls I've had. Only one person was working and it was pretty busy so the wait was long, but well worth it in the end.

I was looking for Vegan Sushi I ordered for the first time used Uber Eats on 11/7/24. it was sooo good o had to order again on 11/8/24. It was plenty so I could share with my Niece who yelled out " this is Vegan? No way!". Deliciou. I surely hope I don't order again tomorrow laughing out loud . if you're looking for a really good sushi roll that's Vegan give Vegan Castle a try you won't regret it.

The food was delicious! I ordered the crunch roll, rainbow roll, and the red dragon roll. They did not disappoint, I have to say the red dragon was my favorite! I also got the spicy edamame and they were yummy, wish it had more of a lime flavor to them but over all delicious. The food took about 30-35 min to be served but there was only one chef working and it was honestly worth the wait. I've heard great things about the spider roll. Def trying it next time :)

Still delicious, still consistent. Definitely going to come back and back and back. We still think the best is the Red Dragon roll.

Great food (beautifully presented!) and friendly service! My only issue is the ambiance is lacking a bit. It's a fairly small store and the walls are pretty bare. There was also a bench that I was sitting on that was falling apart a bit, so sitting down and standing up was loud and difficult. But they do have some beautiful plants! Overall, the place was pretty good! I would come back, but it would be great if they could make the place a bit more inviting somehow.

The rainbow roll was my favorite because I was pleasantly surprised that vegetables and fruit made up the colors at the top instead of fake fish. The roasted red peppers were the "tuna" at the top of the roll. Delicious! Also really loved the hand rolls. I liked the very satisfying shrimp-less one. I thought it was cute that the dragon roll was bendy! Would definitely come back again to this hole in the wall place. The guy making the food was solo and was very friendly and hardworking. Very good prices for this kind of sushi!
